Three Former Citigroup Executives have leased office space near Grand Central for a new corporate advisory firm. The Principals of the firm, CapRio Administration, are Robert DiFazio, who was co-head of Citigroup’s global equities division; Robert Moore, who led the bank’s U.S. equities division; and Billy Heinzerling, who oversaw the global prime brokerage and stock lending teams. The firm subleased 8,900 square feet at 52 Vanderbilt Ave., East 45th Street. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant and GVA Williams represented accounting firm Marks Paneth & Shron, which holds the lease.
